About the ID.txt range file
The /Ranges/ID.txt file lists
every IPv4 allocation block that the regional internet registries (ARIN,
RIPE NCC, APNIC, LACNIC, AFRINIC) have assigned to networks geolocated in
Indonesia. Format is one CIDR per line. Combine it with our protocol lists to
extract Indonesian exits only.
